UK Flowtechnik Ltd suppliers of the Beinlich External, Internal and Radial Piston Pumps are partnered with Rotary Power to supply and support its C Series Axial Piston Metering Pumps into the UK Foam Market.
The Rotary Power C Series range metering pump has been designed specifically for the polyurethane foam industry to provide high accuracy fluid metering with precision flow controls, along with high-pressure capability. The C Range Metering Pump has capacities from 2 - 62 ccm3/rev.
Used within foam injection machines for chemical metering, the pump has been applied with the isocyanate’s TDI, MDI and TDI/MDI mixes, as well as polyether and polyester resins and methylene chloride.

- Displacements 2 up to 62 cc/rev (via 5 models)
- Speed 200 up to 1,800 rpm
- Viscosity 1 up to 2,000 cSt, for higher viscosities factory consultation required
- Medium temperature / operating temperature up to +80°C
- Optimum temperature 10°C up to 50°C
- Operating pressure 210 bar on TDI and 250 bar on polyol
