The N-Series is a range of user friendly batch controllers that distinguish themselves by having a numerical keypad for ease of entering new batch quantities and colour coded buttons for start and stop. This combines with a large bright backlit easy to read display with useful features like a pictorial depiction current state of the fill with arrows that indicate overspill, the pre-set value and current running batch are displays simultaneously and status display giving a clear indication of what the batcher is doing, any alarms and relay position. Recognising that the main cause of failure on batch controllers is the relays wearing out (especially when switching highly inductive loads like solenoid coils or small pumps directly), Fluidwell have fitted 2x 8A sized relays that can be replaced for new if there is a problem. There is also an option for a printer port, the ticket being customisable by the user without the need for any special software. With its DIN sized (144x72mm) Aluminium IP67 bezel and rugged construction its ideal for the harshest factory environment or even outdoor and mobile applications. Other features as standard are, automatic overrun compensation, programmable alarm if the flowmeter stops working, minimum & maximum batch limit, total & accumulated total, batch count, flow rate indication, external duplication of start/stop/reset buttons and options for Modbus communications and ticket printer.
