The Walsn UniMass CFS-S is a traditional twin ‘V’ shaped tube Coriolis flowmeter optimised for high accuracy. A tandem sensor arrangement minimises the effects of any external pipe vibration and gas entrainment making it ideal for those applications where precise batching or monitoring is required, up to and including Custody Transfer standards. Couple this with an extremely wide choice of temperature ranges from -200°C for cryogenic applications to +350°C for steam and power generation and you have a truly versatile meter, suited to even the most demanding industrial environments. Wetted parts are in 316L Stainless Steel makes the Walsn UniMass CFS-S suitable for a wide range of liquids from chemicals & additives (acids or bases, thick or thin) to fuels & oils, along with gases such as air/Nitrogen to more exotic gases and mixtures. For robustness and safety both tubes are encased in a secondary pressure containment and heating, cooling and insulation jackets are available to keep the media at the perfect temperature. There are also a variety of transmitter options to suit every budget and requirements from OEM just pulse/Modbus to multi-line display with analogue outputs, serial communications such as HART, Modbus, FF and Profibus, the Walsn UniMass CFS-S suites every need.
