These ball style sight flow indicators work equally well on liquids and gases making them suitable for virtually any low viscosity liquid, condensate, vapor or gas that is chemically compatible with their wetted parts. When horizontally mounted relatively small flows can be detected as the ball rises out of its seat prior to it start to orbit the dome.
