Temperature corrected Rate and Total of the sum or difference of two pulse signals, mainly used for fuel consumption of diesel engines to enhance accuracy as return line fuel is hotter than delivery line fuel. suitable for almost any type of flowmeter such as Pelton Wheel, Axial Turbine, Oval Gear, Circular Gear, Helical Screw, Nutating Disk, Oscillating Piston, Sliding Vane, Magnetic Inductive, Coriolis, Ultrasonic, Vortex. The Fluidwell F127 features frequency re-transmission with a second output for direction via either NPN, PNP transistorised outputs or a 230V, 0.5A N/O, N/C relay contacts, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V output and RS232/485 Modbus communications. Comes in Fluidwells trademark rugged housing with options for panel mount, meter mount, wall or pipe mount field enclosures in GRP, Aluminium or 316L Stainless Steel with various gland and cable entry options.
NB: As part of UK Flowtechnik’s & Flomec’s fuel consumption sets (FCS) the Fluidwell F127 can be combined with the Flomec EGM Oval gear meters to produce a more accurate fuel consumption test kit by adjusting for the volume change due to elevated temperatures in the return line (return line diesel is often used to cool the injectors, so can be quite a bit hotter than ambient tank fuel)
