FLOMEC Additive Injection Manifold System

Additive Injection Manifold from Flomec is primarily designed for fuel additives but just as good on dyes, corrosion inhibitors, anti-foaming agents, denaturants, emulsifiers to name but a few. If your products needs a low volume additive the Flomec AIM is for you. Its all Stainless Steel construction and ATEX/IECEx approves make it suitable for most applications. The complete system with in-built isolation, regulating and non-return valves, strainer, solenoid valve and oval gear flowmeter all in one package. Compatible with most control/dispensing and TAS systems and all Fluidwell batch controllers.

  • 1 to 550 L/Hr dosing rates
  • 1/8”, ¼” or 3/8” connections
  • All Stainless Steel construction
  • In-built check valve and strainer
  • 5-24 Vdc NPN pulsed output of flow 
  • 24 Vdc, 110 or 240 Vac solenoid coil voltages
